The design is characterized by a large central diamond medallion, richly decorated with geometric motifs and stylizations. The main field, in a deep brick red, and the spandrels, in an intense night blue, are densely populated with a kaleidoscope of tribal symbols. One can admire trees of life, stylized figures of animals (birds, quadrupeds), and various geometric motifs that tell stories and beliefs of nomadic tribes.
